Mobile Catering
We have owned and operated Wildwood Resort for almost 40 years. With three commercial kitchens – we have served many wedding parties – corporate functions – family reunions – during these years.
After serving as a staging site on two occasions, we wanted to expand into mobile catering. Our experience qualifies us. Our equipment provides us with the means to apply our cooking experiences. Our involvement with two staging sites for an extended period has prepared us to deal with large numbers in critical situations.
We are prepared to serve two staging sites
Site 1 - Our mobile service provides a 42’ full mobile kitchen capable of serving up to 1000 men three meals daily. This kitchen has its own generator and includes a complete serving facility. Along with the kitchen, we provide a 30’ cargo/lodging trailer for our kitchen staff. Power is provided to this lodging trailer from the kitchen trailer generator.
Site 2 - We have the capacity of serving a second staging site. Our 38’ BBQ / Boil Trailer, coupled with other portable equipment makes this second site feasible.
Our food supply – together with necessary reefers – is provided by Ben E. Keith Co.. This allows us to be assured of quality foods anywhere in the country.
We have additional contacts for: chairs - tents - tables - fuel - generators - porta potties - ice - drinks, and security.
